The production lyophilizers produced by Shanghai Toffon are equipped with mature manufacturing technique, excellent temperature control technique and ultimate ultra low temperature, which can be widely used in biology, foods, chemical engineering, health care products, production of traditional Chinese medicines with western methods and other fields.
箱体；箱体设计按照GB150-2011/PED/ASME执行标准。符合FDA及GMP标准要求。箱体内部采用大圆角设计，表面采用镜面抛光，箱体底部采用倾角设计，更符合CIP及SIP排水要求。箱体可承受；0.15MPA至0.5PA全范围正负压力。
Body: the body is designed according to the operation standard of GB150-2011/PED/ASME, which meets the requirements of FDA and GMP standards. A big circular bead is designed inside of the body, mirror polish is used for the surface, and dip angle design is used for bottom of the body, which meet the drainage requirements of CIP and SIP more. Moreover, the body can bear all positive and negative pressure from 0.15MPA to 0.5PA.
板层；板层采用国际先进的焊接工艺制造。
Plate layer: the plate layer is manufactured with international advanced welding technology.
冷阱；冷阱采用镜面抛光技术，表面光亮平整。水汽通道优化设计，使分子涌动阻力更小，捕水效率更高。
Cold trap: mirror polish is used for the cold trap, so the surface is bright and smooth. Optimization design is used for water vapor channel to make the resistance of molecule moving smaller and the efficiency of capturing water higher.
